The Lilian Ream Exhibtion Gallery was constituted by a Declaration of Trust dated 19th July 1993.
The current Trustees are:
Karen Ball, Richard Barnwell, Robert Bell (Chairman), Anne Elgood, Alison England (Secretary and nominated by Cambridgeshire County Council), Judy Godfrey and Ray Wicks.
Among the aims of the Trust are:
To conserve, publish and exhibit photgraphs and negatives from the Lilian Ream Collection.
To collect photographs, negatives and documents to enhance the existing collection.
To promote or undertake research and publish such research.
To collect oral history depicting the history of Wisbech and the Fens by the use of the existing collection.
